HVAC Engineer
* In-charge of the Direct Digital Control (DDC) for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
System in Saudi Aramco Oil Plant.
* Have Saudi Aramco Work Permit Receiver
* Responsible for the Troubleshooting of the Entire Operation of HVAC System in the plant
* Provide daily maintenance monitoring and record updates.
* Install and replace all necessary materials which includes Controls, Pumps, Motors,
Wirings, Protections and etc...
* Attends meeting on site.
* In-charge of actual lay-out and design of all Electrical works and applications as Owner's
Representative.
* Responsible for inspecting the installation of electrical systems and equipment to ensure
they comply with electrical codes and standards.
* Estimates Wires and Cables, Electrical fixtures, and all other materials needed in the
entire electrical installation system.
* Coordinates with the contractors for the quantities of materials and equipment including
the delivery schedule on site.
* Examines wiring, lighting, motors, generators, and air-conditioning systems to ensure
safe and compliant with government standards designed to protect the public.
* Prepares Electrical procedures for installation test & commissioning. Report violations
and stop construction of non-compliant installations.
* Plans & schedules assignments to achieve pre-set goals within time parameters.
* Attends meetings on site, liaising with and monitor third party contractors.
* Provides actual lay-out and design of all Electrical and Mechanical works and
applications including Auxiliary, Fire Detection and Alarm System, and Public Address/
Back Ground Music.
* Responsible for inspecting the installation of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure
comply with the standards.
* Coordinates with the contractors for the quantities of materials and equipment including
the delivery schedule on site.
* Examines wiring, lighting, pumps, motors, generators, and air-conditioning systems to
ensure safe and compliant with government standards designed to protect the public.
* Prepares Electrical and Mechanical procedures for installation test & commissioning.
* Report violations and stop construction of non-compliant installations.
* Oversees the general operations of all Village departments and activities.
* Develops long-range plans and management strategies to realize goals.
* Responds to inquiries, resolves citizen complaints and recommends remedial action
related to Village policies and services.
* Sets the agenda and attends all Administrative meetings.
* Administer for house amenities’ repairs and renovation including maintenance.
* Gives direct instruction to all Security Guards and Maintenance Staffs to ensure safety
and high division of village governance.
* In charge of the entire installation of electrical systems and equipment.
* Provides actual lay-out and design of all Electrical works and applications including
Auxiliary, Fire Detection and Alarm System, and Public Address/ Back Ground Music.
* Estimates Wires and Cables, Electrical fixtures, and all other materials needed in the
entire electrical installation.
* Handles personnel e.g. electricians, foreman.

* Liable of the building maintenance which includes repairs of air conditioning system,
