• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Communicating courteously with customer by telephone, email and Face to Face.
• Assisting HR Executive and other staff as requested.
• Being involved in staff recruitment.
• Handles customer service taking into consideration the requirements of the clients.
• Assesses the real property requirement of the client vis-à-vis his financial capacity.
• Takes care of client’s complaints and problems and accordingly resolve the issues by either routing it to the concern department of the company or by trying to sort out the issue by her if possible.
• Working as back office support to the sales team
• Receive all incoming Enquiry calls allot to executives, area wise and agent wise
• Arranged and Scheduled interviews - call candidates and send invitation interviews with the location map
• Assisting all sales staff whatever they required.
• Co-ordinating with sales Person and back office
