● Handling the calls according to Rotana standards.
● Takes care of guest’s personal requests.
● Prepares the hotel daily events sheet.
● Maintains an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotion, and hotel events.
● Answer all the calls in a professional and friendly manner as per Rotana Standard; and directs call to the guest’s rooms, colleagues, or departments through the switchboard and ensure the proper operation resulting in fast and efficient transferring of calls.
