• Work activity planning, distribution, monitoring and checking for the development of Design & construction drawings for Structural and Outfitting works like foundations, platforms, Helideck, LQ, etc.
• Work in multiple projects and shall prepare structural detail drawings and material take-off’s based on Basic Design drawings / sketches provided by Designers and Engineers.
• Ensure the deliverables meet customer’s Technical Specifications, Company standards, requirements of production and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain high technical quality in drafting with consistent presentation ensuring clarity and ease of construction.
• Act as checker on design related deliverables and Supervise team of Draftsman.
• Work on 3D model and/or 2D package following drafting standard, maintaining clarity, quality and completeness of details.
• Participate in 3D model review as required.
• Preparation of drawings related to Rig conversion works and rig repair as detailed in client specification.
• Preparation of shop and fabrication drawings, Sub-assembly drawings, Plate development, Cut-lists, Nesting Plans, Weld maps Hand railings, BOM etc.
• Preparing Detail drawings for Access platforms, Equipment supports, Skids, Handrails, Stairs and ladders, Boat landing, Manifolds, Riser, Riser Clamps etc
• Review and update discipline design guidelines and standards.
• Estimate drawing quantities for design deliverables.
• Develop and maintain drawing list.
• Review and comment on vendor drawings.
• Propose design improvements and lesson learned.
• Project closeout including as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client and company's requirements.
• Knowledge of safety requirements for field assignments.
• Supports bids and proposal as required.
• Ensure compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable.
• Develop autonomously installation and methods drawing and procedures based on requirements from lead engineers.
• Review when required the design, drawing and sceneries produced by the draftsman method.
• Prepare the material take off’s (MTO’s), review vendors and subcontractors drawing and design calculation. Attend progress meeting when required.
• Interface with the draftsman team, the method, operations and assets engineers, and interface when required with vendors, projects, and construction team.
• Produce designs, drawings, sceneries based on information received from the vessel operation and Method Lead Engineers.
• Prepare detailed fabrication drawing from rough sketches and/or verbal instructions given by the vessel operation and the Method Lead Engineers.
• Preparing Detail drawings for Access platforms, Equipment supports, Skids, Handrails, Stairs and ladders, Boat landing, etc.
• Prepare Equipment Layouts, piping Isometrics drawings, Piping Layout drawings Support drawings, Structural drawings, fabrication and detail engineering drawings, Pipeline Standard Drawings, Pipeline Riser Detail Drawings, Marine Equipment Layout, and Helideck Drawings.
• With regards to the JSD6000 vessel pipe assembly plant and heavy lift configuration, prepare process flow diagram, utility flow diagram, operational safety diagram, equipment layout diagram, equipment data sheet sketches, installation aids equipment sketches, hazardous area clarification diagram, modelling and drafting methods installation sketches within schedule and with due respect to Quality and Safety requirements and related to design, verification, testing activities.
• Interface with other draftsman and report on continuous basis to the leads, the Engineers, and Designers the modelling and draft clash problematic identifies.
• Follow up during equipment construction activities the conformity of design and layout in accordance to company engineering procedure, OCPVES and ISO quality standard.
• Archive master technical drawing in accordance.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Coordinate with Naval Architects, Installation Engineer & Project Engineers.
• Manage all activities related to drafting and technical documentation.
• Preparing Drawings for Various Projects and Tendering Works in Offshore Platforms as per Site Survey.
• Preparing drawings for Installation of Flexible Pipelines Cable routing and Vessel arrangement.
• Rigging arrangements and lifting procedures.
• Vessel structural modification drawings, Deck layouts, General arrangements, Marine equipment layout, Helideck drawings, Sea fastening arrangement and detailing, Detailing of Hatches and bulwark, Schematic drawings, process flow diagram, utility flow diagram, operational safety diagram.
• Preparation of clamps and J-Tube Fabrication drawings.
• Preparing Detail drawings for Access platforms, Equipment supports, Skids, Handrails, Stairs and ladders, Boat landing, Manifolds, Riser, Riser Clamps etc.
• Prepare Equipment Layouts, piping Isometrics drawings, Piping Layout drawings Structural drawings, fabrication and detail engineering drawings, Pipeline Standard Drawings, Pipeline Riser Detail Drawings.
• Prepare drawings for installation sequences, operation equipment utilisation and vessels general layout.
• Prepare different kind of fabrication and detail drawings like diving basket fabrication details, bumper bar arrangement and detailing, Monkey holes and soft patch detailing.
• Prepare Material take off (MTO) for projects and tendering purpose.
• Maintain Proper documentation of drawings and indexing.
• Translating the design drawings into valuable and accurate working drawings.
• Preparing Process piping drawings (GRP & HDPE). Schematic (Isometric Views) and coordination with other Services.
• Prepare Equipment Layouts, Piping Layout drawings, Piping Isometrics drawings Structural drawings, fabrication and detail engineering drawings,
• Preparation of plot plan and pipe rack layouts.
• Routing and Clash Checking of All Piping and Inter discipline clash coordination

• Finalize and officially submit working design drawings to supervisor for subsequent approval from the client.
• Creates and maintain a personal library details and drawing.
• Ensures the shop drawings are submitted as per CADD Standards.
• Creates “as built” drawings at the end of the project using the information gathered from the project personnel to ensure accurate billing from the client or main contractor.
• Receives & controls design drawings, Schedules shop drawing development and assign tasks to Draftsman.
• Coordinate with Sr. Engineer to translate the design drawings into valuable and accurate working drawings.
• Preparation of HVAC Shop Drawings with detailed section, Schematic Drawings (air & water), Mechanical plant room’s (Chiller plant room & AHU room) etc.
• Inspection of existing HVAC system & preparing the new ducting routing.
• Coordinate between other services and Detailing the mechanical shop drawings accurately.
• Finalize and officially submit working design drawings to project manager for subsequent approval from the client.
• Create “as built” drawings using the information gathered from the project personnel to ensure accurate billing from the client/main contractor.
• Ensure that the shop drawings are submitted as per CADD Standards.
• Teaching CAD & CAE Packages like AutoCAD, Pro/E Wildfire, MSC NASTRAN 4 W 4.5
• Preparing Electrical Mechanical shop drawings for Apartments & Office buildings on contract.
• Designs of various machine parts.
