“Electronic Fund Management System” is an innovative step taken by Central Govt. to transfer the funds from State
level to directly beneficiaries. The process is based on the methodology of end-to-end solution. The goal was to
transfer the Amount to beneficiaries account at the grass root level of PRI. All major banks (45 banks) in the state
are included in this project. Service area bank wise approach is followed to reach the beneficiaries at the remote
areas or at the village level. This project avoids the delay in payments to wage seekers. This project also eliminates
the middle man management at the GP level. Application was built to feed the data entry at various levels (number
of login provided in application) with strong access privileges, Analyst part of this application deals with
performance related issue, Quality of the data storage and retrieval.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Digital signature- e- Dongle Management.
* Responsible for verification and authentication of issue of digital Dongles.
* Digital Signature e-token stock Maintenance and Database Management.
* Freezing of Accounts.
* Tracking the FTO’s payment done through eFMS
* Keep track of the expenses made on the project and prepare monthly accounting reports and
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reconciliations and analysis.
* Perform root cause analysis to find reasons for delays and errors.
* Set deadlines for completing each stage of the project and plan the schedules.
* Set individual targets and allot responsibilities for each team member.
* Evaluate the project work regularly and check its compliance with the set plans.
* Distribute project information to various departments.
* Training and implementation of eFMS.
* Coordinating between Banking officials and the project team for smooth flow of e-Payments through eFMS.
* Generation and analysis of reports pertaining to MGNREGS.
