1.Quick response to machine breakdown to maintain machines production high efficiency
2. Perform troubleshooting and adjustment in several machines both process and packaging equipments
3. Check daily start up and monitoring of electrical and mechanical functions of Machines
4. Overhaul, install, repairing and calibrating major parts of machinery such as hydro motors, valves (pneumatic and hydraulics), pumps and robots.
5. Imposed plan and unplanned preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain the high efficiency when producing the products.
6. Prepare list of parts needed and contact different supplier for quotation.

Responsible in maintenance and operation of Water Softener, Reverse Osmosis water treatment, Steam Boiler (AL BABTAIN), Air Compressor (A.F Air Compressor), Chiller (GEA Grasso), Air Dryer (DONALDSON), and all AHUs for building HVAC system.

Quick response to all machine breakdown and stoppage to ensure high efficiency, troubleshooting on both hydraulics and pneumatics, conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on all machine as per schedule. Doing some fabrication jobs in workshop, can handle and operate LATHE MACHINE, MILLING MACHINE, SURFACE GRINDING and Welding jobs as well
