I'm Operation Mnager now, and I'm responsible for Operational management of the related areas (production, maintenance engineering, procurement)

I was the leader of the technology on the biscuit and on the chocolate lines The biscuit and cracker brands are: TUC, Oreo, and Hungarian traditional brands, chocolate brand is Milka.
I was responsible the training of the operators, and shift leaders. I took part in the selection of new employees.
I was responsible for the customer complaints and the investigation of the root causes using lean methods as 5why, fishbone analysis, brain storming, DMAIC.
A organised the trial production, and I was a member of NPD team.
At first I was the production development engineer of the can line later I worked on the pouch lines. I was a member of the implementation team and I was responible for the start-up of a new line.
On the can line teher was a waste decraising project and a few techology developing. I made the development of the closure machine and renew the steam tunnel technology parameters. The target was to reduce the energy consumption.
On pouch line after the installation, the main target was the reduction the vegetable usage (as corn, carrot...).
Coordinate the whole plant. At Hungrana Ltd every time (0-24) there is an engineer on board, to solve the problems and if it necessary make a decision. The tasks can be from different sides of the plant as maintenance, quality, logistics, process, human resources and so on.
Process engineer of alcohol plants. As a freshmen after the university I started to work at Hungrana Ltd. My first job was to check the plan of a green field alcohol plant and at the same time to change the fermentation process from batch to comtinuous tecnnology. During this investment the process capacity increased from 600t/day to 1500 t/day.
