Key Profile:
•Responsible for Corporate Governance, HR strategy and compliance in East Europe, Africa and GCC
•Involve in Employee Training, Development, Coahing and its effectiveness analysis
•Accountable for recruitment of staff at all levels based on set competencies and KRAs in co-ordination with various Unit Heads through Competency based Interviews, Mass recruitments from multiple overseas countries
•Proficiently definied and implemented structured on-boarding and Induction process across all companies
•Instrumental in defining and reviewing of Performance Management System (PMS) integrating Position KRAs, Objectives and Competencies at different intervals and its evaluation as per set frequencies.
•Competency mapping, review of present skills and improvement plan after gap analysis
•Undertaking various HR initiatives like skill development, team building, motivation, bringing change culture, employee retention etc. to boost employee morale
•Manpower Planning in co-ordination with HODs/ CEOs of different Companies, Keeping track on Personnel Cost and manpower budget of various Divisions and Companies
•Preparation, review and modification of HR Policies and Procedures
•Preparation and review of Job descriptions. Competencies and KRAs of all positions
•Compensation and Benefit administration, including rationalization, pay revision and pay survey to identify market value, development of Banding system with level based skills and competencies.
•Defining Organizational Structure and personnel classification for growth and diversification plans
•Efficiently prepared and modified standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of HR Department. Preparation of SLA (Service Level Agreement) between Departments/ Divisions.
•HR Record Management in HRMS/ SAP: Review and identification of Gaps and process improvements
•Coordinating and guiding Visa and Immigration process, visa planning, labor inspections, Emiratization implementation and other Labor Law compliance
•Legal matters of the company - court cases, new company registrations, Power of Attorney, tenancy contract, trade license renewal etc.
•General Administration of Head Office and remote locations/ Units
•Presentation of Monthly MIS, Annual HR Budget preparation, Monitoring of Personnel Cost
•Anchoring various meetings and organizing company events
