 Expert in Product & tooling design for Composite (CFRP, GFRP) & Plastic Material Product.
 Design of sheet metal products & assemblies (Structures, brackets, Jig & Fixtures etc.).
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques in Composite Material (FRP & GRP), Plastic &
Sheet Metal design.
 Value engineering analysis in design for cost.
 Hands on experience in Reverse Engineering.
 Experience from Project quotation stage to till delivery (RFQ, Planning, Design, and
Packaging/Transportation).
 Exposure & Responsible to solve the quires or issues through cross functional team (CFT)
approach. Also responsible to coordinate or interact with Client & Supplier, Site Engineering
Team, Production, Planning, Procurement or purchase team.
 Exposer to Work in complete coordination to meet the project delivery schedules or timings.
 Experience in PLM environment (ENOVIA VPM & TEAM CENTER).
 In-House planning & Team management.
 Exposure to perform studies for benchmark.
 Experience to interact with other CAD like Uni Graphics, AutoCAD.
 Experienced with standards like- GD&T, ISO, ASME, and EU.
 Key IT skills, presentation skill, MS office etc.
