➢ Filing/Editing with the help of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
➢ Basic Accounting
➢ Receiving & sending E-mails (Outlook)
➢ Maintaining files (Soft copy & Hard Copy)
➢ Preparing employee time sheet.
➢ Keeping Address book.
➢ Shipping documentation for sending to customer.
➢ Maintenance planning, (Daily/Monthly) schedule and execution.
➢ Diplomatically resolved Customers inquiries/Complaints
➢ Meeting with Clients, Site visiting
➢ General Correspondence
➢ Having knowledge of spare parts for HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing & general
maintenance
