Key Result Areas:
•Ensuring the activities performed are in line with the specification, project quality manual, ITPs, method statements for various activities.
•Controlling the contractors for Execution of work in line with project Specification and Standards.
•Supervising & Controlling the Quality of the Project for all activities.
•Visiting site on daily basis to confirm if the work is in accordance with approved drawings and reporting to the higher management, if there is any non-compliance.
•Monitoring and controlling the incoming, outgoing status though checking logs and trouble shoot the delay in different depts.
•Involved in leading Joint walk with Contractor, and preparing the Site Visit reports, fallowing negative Observations for closing.
•Reviewing Project Material submittals for various materials including Concrete, structural steel, Concrete repair material.
•Managing site construction team for Inspecting materials received on site by the
Infrastructure works for MOH (Ministry of Housing)
Project Description: The project aimed at Supervising and design for Sewer line, Potable water, Storm water, Electrical duct banks, Culverts, Fire Hydrants, Man holes, Tanks (Irrigation tank, collection tank, Fire water chamber, water meter chambers); roads infrastructure such as Embankments, cuttings, Parking areas and landscaping and paver tiles ( inter lock) and Electrical Sub stations with electrical duct banks, Etc.
for a Infrastructure project ( Roads, Box culverts, Sewer & Storm water MHs ) Etc.- MOH -Medina
•Conducting daily Inspections at site with a team of Engineers in line with Specifications.
•Reviewed many material submittals including Concrete mix designs, Asphalt mix designs, Witnessed many Trial mixes at Batch plants, Etc.
•Witnessed many Concrete tests including Durability tests, Mass concrete- Heat of Hydration & its reports.
•Witnessed many asphalt Trial mixes & Tests and compared with the Project specification.
•Raised NCRs when ever noticed an Nonconformance in the site on my daily site visit.
