TASK DURING SENIOR PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER

 Independently handling piping engineering responsibilities of specific Area.
 Very well knows about ARAMCO, SATROP, SABIC standard...etc
 Capable of generating conceptual layout mark-up based on site inputs, project data, and design basis.
 Preparation of Plot plan, 2D conceptual piping study plans.
 Understanding equipment criticality to assess the impact on layout, space reservations, and maintainability, operability and constructability requirements point of view.
 Responsibility for quality and schedule of the deliverables of the projects handled (like 3D Models, plot plans, equipment arrangements, piping GAD"s, Isometrics and material take offs).
 checking of preliminary/bulk/final MTO
 Finalizing support requirement for all non critical lines without input from stress.
 Maintaining B/M Report related to design changes & updated Area line list.
 To leading and managing a team of professional 3D modeller in an effective way to work for project deliverables meeting schedule and quality requirements.
 All project documentation relevant to the piping and documents issuing to inter-discipline checks.
 Checking all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like structural, civil, instrument, mechanical, electrical & vendor IDC drawings.
 To coordinating with all related internal member and other discipline and also client.
 Conducting internal/external design & model review.
 Reviewing 3D model and identify potential interference with commodities of other discipline.
 To incorporate feedback from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
 Before releasing the drawings to construction, cross checking the modification/changes have been done properly or not.
 Assisting all necessary piping assistance during construction, commissioning and start up phases by resolving piping related site technical queries on immediate basis.
 To resolving problems expeditiously to minimize delay, ensure project objectives are met by a positive working attitude.
 Responsibility for plan and schedule the work within the given deadlines.
 Good Ability to identify critical issues which might have significant impact on the scope of project requirements.
 Knowledge of ASME-B31.3, API, OISD and NACE.
