o Perfection of Repair (Repeat Repair Ratio & First Time Fix)
o Customer Satisfaction Index (CMI, D-SAT &NPS)
 Market analyze to study and adopt better practice among competitors.
 Participation of Management Representative for Monthly and Quarterly Review Meeting in front of Principle, Monthly all Service Center Visit across UAE.
 Monthly Claim Reconciliation with Principle against discrepancy.
 Daily Inventory monitoring of On Front Stock (OFS) to minimize dead stock risk and liabilities, weekly Pre and Post call analysis to ensure customers are a updated with proper ETD.
