Key Account Management:

MIS:

Regular reporting & effectively maintain all information with respect to the targeted Key Accounts. Keep the Regional Sales Manager fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations,
and all activities on a weekly basis.

Channel Management:

Define service needs from a distributor, in terms of availability, service standards & Information needs. Maintain good working relationship / rapport with distributor team.

Commercial Dealing:

Understand the export import issues of Bangladesh. Basic knowledge on commercial/taxation details in Bangladesh.

Conduct Training:

Train the customers’ employees on product application, usages and the other available training materials provided by the company.
