safety working during material receiving time and how to safely material
unloading and storing the material as per standard and also safety rules
implemented to all
2 Material receiving time carefully checked as per document and
immediately report making and send to office, After qc come check the
material that time coordinate with them, once qc approved after material
issue the requirement of construction team
3 Follow the safety aspect during material receiving time and issue time
4 material storing as per standard rules follow up and safely
5 House keeping maintenance always in around the working area and
follow up environment rules
6 Material shipment date follow up and precaution action take for material
receiving and inform to our superior if any requirement need
7 Equipment (crane, forklift) safety followup and permit making for lifiting
equipment
PROJECT
◄ INVENTRY MAKING AND UP DATE THE MATERIAL list (IN &OUT) separate (Project material
Bulk item, local purchase construction material, consumable material, temporary material
And safety material (shoes, cover all and safety vest)
◄ Tools list inventory making and also tools register maintained
◄ Testing equipment’s calibration monitored and prepares sending the equipment for calibration
◄ Prepare the material requisition with Aramco standard as per the site requirements
◄ Coordinate our QC for material receiving inspection time and also arranging documents for
Material Inspection
◄ prepare &email sending to CPO for any balance material and follow up the balance material
◄ Material arranging from our (SK) Ware house to site
• Monitor Contractor’s Site activities to ensure compliance to Contractual requirements. Report & resolve non-conformances;
• Monitor Project progress in line with agreed time schedule, reporting delays.
• Preparing periodic Progress Reports;
• Monitor the receipt of material/equipment at site and ensure that only approved material/equipment are accepted for use at site. Verify Contractor’s documentation for the material/equipment received. Report & monitor abnormalities/damages, if any;
• Ensure compliance to HSEQ requirements at site including necessary documentation;
• Verification/review of Contractor’s invoices in line with progress of site works;
• Supervise site inspections & testing. Follow up with Contractor for completion of pending items and snags

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and implementation of Electrical preventive maintenance schedule and procedure follow up as per technical design specification.
Coordination and execution of O&M (Doha south STW O&M Contracts) as per the contract considering all Electrical equipments.
Maximum Plant availability by implementation of Electrical philosophy with quality output as per the contract.
O&M Cost control by optimization of manpower and spares requirement.
Site MIS report to submit to HO regularly on time including quality parameters, field electrical equipment status, and consumption of spares report and other utility requirement as per the contract requirement.
Relationship development with client including customer satisfactIon
Maintain the relationship internal department and cooperate the process department
Maintain and follow up the safety procedure in our electrical PM(preventive maintenance)

● MV Panel board maintenance with LT ACB’s Up to
