Provide a timely and accurate legal advice and support to all of the company’s departments.
•External legal representative in front of (Commercial Court, General Court, and Enforcement Court). 

•Drafting and reviewing various contracts, such as but not limited to, lease contracts, suppliers’ contracts, and employment contracts. And make necessary recommendation and revision, in order to make sure that each article is aligned to the company’s goals.
•Investigating potential violations of the company’s policies and procedures and implementing 
appropriate corrective action, where necessary.
• Supporting the HR and operation and checking to ensure that their actions have been taken legally 
according to the local labor laws.
