• Focussed on IT service uptime, delivery and management. Introduced network management tools for 90% increased system & network visibility. Improved the network availability to 100% and met SLG/OLA requirements at 99.98%.

• Start up Program: delivered 17 design and built innovative solutions for complete IT&T infrastructure in Gobi Desert with several projects running concurrently based on business priorities.
