Responsibilities.
- Routine and emergency visits to the existing and new customers.
- Identifying of spare parts number by referring catalogue, Computer database & on-line manuals.
- Preparation and submission of quotations.
- Quotations follow-up and report win & lost one.
- Processing purchase orders & send order acknowledgment to the customers.
- Follow-up with principals for back orders & Keeping customers informed.
- Co-ordination with our warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of materials as per the requirements of the customers.
- Generation of inquiries for local purchase of items.
- Leads investigations into non-conformance to ensure timely correction action measures are taken and preventive actions are planned
- Generation of customers wise monthly sales & income report to evaluate monthly targets.
- Follow-up the out standing payments with credit customers and make sure that payment received on time.
- Good knowledge for local market.
