Scope of Deliverables:
Employed as a Technical Lead for the Sap Security & Authorization operations with team the strength of 11 members which excelled until 34 odd FTE after attrition of merely 3 in almost 4.3 years
Also got the exposure again for Sap Basis and Oracle for the technical management in Management Operations
Based on excellent SLA metrics, steady quality deliverables, Process implementations related to SLA progress and time-2-time appreciations from Demand countries & Clients, I was identified to perform as a an SAP Operations Manager & given the relevant roles & responsibilities to handle the daily operational activities & project management tasks.

The project was a part of SAP R/3 46C SR2 Roll-out (end to end implementations) and Support for 29 affiliates across the globe - SABIC ‘FANAR’ Project

Roles & Responsibilities handled:
• User Management/Role management/Transport Management
• Implemented and configured FIRE CALL (similar to GRC) utility (Fire call is a process which allows users to temporarily obtain additional authority to permit trouble-shooting or correction to the production environment.
