A member of a consultancy team of five, undertaking a safety management audit / safety inspection of a total of 15 water/waste treatment plants throughout the Perth metropolitan area, my role was to organise site inspections and identify and report non-compliance issues, and offer advice to the client re: putting steps in place to rectify the NC’s also to advise/recommend on changes to the existing SMP and current procedures.
Reviewing company Health Safety Management Plan. Including implementing changes to the plan, overseeing HSE management/supervision awareness program
Duties- responsible for A300 -Inlet & Facilities area, this included overseeing all LTC contactors scaffolding and HSE matters, scaffold construction, pre-starts-toolbox content-VOC’s-incident/injury management including the I-Cam investigations- also heavy involvement in LTC- work-progress
My duties included the following, check and follow up of the design and integrity of all scaffolds, Compliance of the LTC compliance to all Hse site procedures, these included, pre-starts, toolbox weekly meetings, site safety reporting content, LTC attendance to all site Hse meetings, oversea the follow up on accident investigations, and preventative actions put in place.
Preperation of Daily pre starts/JHA's/Permits/Scaffold Inspections
organising scaffold tool box meetings, attending management meetings, participation in client audits, site inspections, up keep of all scaffold related registers, organising or site training including VOC's.
Client representitave in all scaffold matters. Coordination of all scaffold contractors on the work front, Client scaffold HSE representitave, Organised and carried out scaffold training for all site contractors
Responsible for overseeing contractor RA, SMP's, JHA's and permits. Attending management meetings also daily HSE meetings
