Burj Vista is two tower residential complex located in front of Burj Khalifa .Tower one is 66 story high-raise and tower two is 22 story building.

QC Staff : 14 inspector/ engineer including Sub-contractors.
• Obtaining QA/QC ISO certificate implementing QA/QC management system
• Prepare company QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
• Control and the distribution of all the company quality documentation.
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management
• Attend client quality management meetings
• The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
• Action and close all customer complaints
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC engineers.
• Assist all projects with quality control and quality insurance issues .
• Follow up and monitor all QA/QC activities performed by the CSI to ensure the compliance with Specifications.
• Assist the Project Manager in the project level to define and document organization’s Quality Policy and Objectives for and commitment to Quality
• Responsible to prepare, organize, implement, conduct, and manage the QA/QC Programs/Plans, Inspection and Test Plans as per the Company’s Quality Policy, Objectives and Client specifications and requirements of the project.
• Develop internal quality measures and processes following the ISO 9001 standards for all employees and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of the implementation of the Quality Systems with the Project Manager and other managers in project periodically to identify and implement improvement to Construction.
• Assign QA/QC staff required for the different activities in the project, co-ordinate, support and assist for successful QA/QC Programs implementation at all times and supervise the Site QC/Senior QA/QC Engineers and other QA/QC staff.
• Raise and monitor the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Discrepancies and their closeouts for the projects internally, and by Client and Third Party Inspection authorities.
• Monitor and audit all QA/QC activities performed by the Contractors involved on the project and compliance with Specifications.
• Review plans, and perform field inspections before, during and after construction.
• Review Civil/Structural shop drawings and develop a detailed knowledge of the Project scope of work, aims, timetable and systems.
• Review Contractor QA/QC Documentation in accordance with relevant International and Client Standards.
• Develop QA/QC monitoring road maps for audits. Schedule, execute and document all internal and contractor audits.
• Liaising with Clients, Contractors and Vendors to ensure all pre and post-delivery Tests and Inspections have been carried out.
• Reporting to Project Manager for Progress, Quality, Manpower and Materials.
• Review the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Contracts Manager of any deficiency.
• Review QA/QC Procedures and document control as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contracts requirements.
• Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with contracts requirements.
• Closely monitor site activities, fully coordinate with PM discipline engineers, on a daily basis issuing NCR’s in case of non-compliance and reporting to Project Director in case of shortage of skilled labors and/or site supervision staff.
• Attending site progress meeting to advice on QA/QC related issues.
• Assist PM Department on complete information regarding Project status.
• Participate with PM staff in reviewing the Close-Out Report as submitted by Contractors.
• Ability to handle Statistical resource data on a reporting pattern basis for quick reference of construction managers and other PM staff.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contact requirement.
• Interface with Client’s representative(s) in all matters relating to the project requirements.
• Review of change order documents.
• Review of Quotation for Provisional sum item
• Awareness to contractors about safety
• Reporting to Project Manager for progress and requirements for labor, materials, machinery and equipment at the construction site.
• Coordinate all resources required for the execution of the Project and completion on time with agreed budget.
• Plane, schedule, direct and control the progress of construction activities.
• Ensure that Work Procedures and Method Statements for all work activities are prepared and followed during work execution.
• Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) and liaise with QA/QC Engineer and Consultant for the inspection schedule.
• Monitors Subcontractor's work schedule, safety performance and work quality.
• Ensure that the designs are checked, reviewed, as well as approved from consultant.
• Review the contract details such as materials, project schedule and handling any official company correspondence.
