• Coordination with Regional Design & Implementation Managers to resolve the bottle necks and issues in the Feeder and Distribution Fiber and Civil Designs.

• Management & Supervision of Switching Centers.
• Responsible for the operation, supervision and maintenance of telephone exchanges (55, 000 equipments / services 26, 000 subscribers).
• Responsible for a team of 3 engineers and 19 technicians.

• Worked as Network Roll-out Project engineer for Fixed Access Network Projects for TT Network
• Initiate and complete the activity from beginning to end of every project extension networks (PSTN, Transmission, civil) made in the region.
• Preparing daily and weekly for the project progress report and communicate with subcontractors about the work done, completed and programming tasks ahead.
• Process the PAT documents provided by the subcontractor for billing after completing any new project (installation / commissioning)
• Worked as commissioning engineer for Access Network Projects of TT Network.
