⦁ Implement all the regulations from RTA guidelines for different Civil works & NDRC”s Works.
⦁ Execution of civil construction works of RTA ITS Duct Laying Works/power Cable laying projects during the execution stage In line with the approved drawings and materials.
⦁ Manage and execution LV/HV power cable laying from the inception to the closing out of project; (Trough installation, Sand filling, Cover installation, Backfilling, Asphalt paving & Reinstatement as per DEWA & RTA standards
⦁ Liaise with authorities as well as consultant for construction NOCs. Site grading works as per development requirement.
⦁ Implement project safety plan and coordinate with the safety department to ensure the safety measures are taken into consideration throughout the production cycle.
⦁ Implement the quality system and perform regular site visits in order to ensure that activities meet the project quality requirements.
⦁ Attending the inspection requests, Evaluation, Checking & approval of inspection requests
⦁ Daily reporting about progress, noncompliance, delay in work to the line manager.

⦁ Develop all supporting documents such as IFC drawings, scope of work, BOQ and specifications for the inspection of all structural elements

⦁ Coordinating with MEP, Commercial and Engineering Departments for any issues at various stages of construction
⦁ Regularly review government regulatory requirements and update internal documents.
⦁ Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors & external agencies to ensure proper execution of construction works schedule in accordance with the approved shop drawings and project progress plan.

⦁ Ensuring that Health and Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies. Including reporting and documenting accidents or incidents

• Supervised the construction of carriageways & hardscape, including installation & upgrading of underground utilities such as; street/area lightings, trench soakaway system & catchments chambers.
• Prepared daily progress report concerning all activities, utilized equipment and manpower.
• Coordinated with the survey team for consistency of alignment & elevations, measurements and construction control staking to ascertain conformance with the approved plans.
• Coordinated with the representatives of Road Affairs Dept. and consultant on daily issues, RFIs and submittals to ensure that procedures and applications of work items being executed are in accordance with the approved plans & specifications.
• Developed the workmanship of workmen and equipment to maximize daily accomplishment.
• Submitted reports and recommended solutions to problems and issues that arise during project execution.
