Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of ITP and required Quality Documentations,
Preparation of Quality Control Inspection test report, Pre Commissioning check list for entire building Electrical system.
Inspection of Incoming materials through approved material submittal.
Performing inspection for Installation of the following devices
Installation of earthing system and conduit & wiring for lighting and power, FCU, central battery system, installation of normal and emergency lighting fixture and ID lights, installation of Dry type MV transformer and MV switchgear Low voltage MDB, EMDB, LP panels.
Inspection all electrical equipment termination.
Monitor the Contractor's implementation and Compliance to HSE Policy &
Quality Requirements, applicable Codes, Standards and Specifications.
Responsible for reporting to QA/QC Manager any deviations and non-compliance from company specification discovered during inspection Preparation of Punch listing as per projects specifications and requirements.
To act as client representative during pre-commissioning, commissioning and final acceptance of all Electrical inspection.
To ensure all non-compliance items are re-instated/repaired accordingly prior to commissioning and acceptance.
To establish and maintain a good working relationship with the various contractors and their respective personnel.
Be continually vigilant with respect to SHE impacts, unsafe acts and conditions.
To review engineering drawings, technical requisition and specifications.
Confirm engineering contractor's is compliance to the company's requirements on electrical system.
Familiar with NFPA-70, NEC, IEC, UL, IEEE standards.
