Joined as the Business Development Manager and promoted to Branch Manager for Saudi Arabia.towards the End of tenure was Branch Manager for Saudi Arabia & Kuwait.
Was responsible to establish and maintain commercial and technical of the company in Saudi Arabia in liaison with H.O in U.A.E .
Was responsible for sales and marketing of SPX FLOW equipment in the company.
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
Providing per-sales technical assistance and product education;
Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required
Preparing reports for Management and keeping customer records
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
Helping in the design of custom-made products
Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
Receiving Proposals from Clients/Marketing department.
Reviewing the client Requirement.
Arranging for site visit for the relevant client inquire.
Studying the feasibility of the project within the companies’ available manpower/equipment for the duration and to receive any technical clarification from the operations Team.
Collecting all required data required to execute the job and prepare an estimation & proposal/quotation along with all documents request by the client.
After submitting the Proposal informing the marketing department for further follow up.
In case subcontract service is to be given, prepare a base R.F.Q and forwarding it to service providers. After receiving the best quotation (technically & commercially sound) go ahead for main contract with adding mark up value.
To generate reports such as hit rate.
To Maintain proposal tracking sheet
To follow forms such as bid-no bid, estimation review form, contract & proposal review form.
Handled Procurement Department for 1 month during the procurement officer’s vacation.
Maintained and updated the Approved supplier list.
Qualification of new vendors/suppliers for the company.
Receiving approved Purchase request from different departments of the company.
Sending R.F.Q s to suppliers.
Receiving quotations as per the end user requirements.
Checking for any conflicts between end user requirements and suppliers quotation.
Preparing Comparative statement for at-least 3 quotations (unless single source/supplier) and getting approval from Manager.
After approval of the comparison, preparing P.O and getting final approval from General Manager
Sending the approved P.O to vendor/supplier.
Follow up with vendor for the delivery.
Co-ordinate with end user & supplier/vendor in case discrepancy of supplied item
Q.A/Q.C In Charge
Responsible for all Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities of the company.
Appointed as the M.R of the company for ISO 9001:2008.
All ISO 9001:2008 responsibilities.
Prepared the new ISO Manual for the company.
Taking care of Non conformance issued within & outside the company.
Preparing Procedure qualification Records.
Preparing Welding Procedure Specification.
Maintaining Welders qualification record.
Preparing Field quality plan for the jobs as per client requirement.
Following up with the client for customer satisfaction report & feedback .
Maintaining all calibration certificates (as per the requirements)
Random inspection within the company and on job & site for possible Non conformance and reporting to the management.

Review and Verifying TC (Test Certificates) of welding consumables (Electrodes, Filler materials, Inert gas, ).
Witnessing the preparation of Test Coupon for Procedure Qualification and witnessing destructive & non-destructive testing, as per ASME Section IX.
Witnessing welder qualification test and qualifying welders for different base metals, thickness and diameter ranges according to ASME Section IX/AWS D 1.1.
Monitoring the welding consumables during the storage as well as usage.
Checking inter-pass cleaning and inter-pass temperature during welding.
Verifying to construction works as per approved construction drawings, standards and
specifications.
Verifying to drying and holding temperature and time for electrodes.
Ensure to safety measures before starting and during welding activities.
Verifying to welding parameters before and during welding.
Dimensional verification of parts of pressure vessel. Checking of geometric profiles (straightness, flatness, concentricity, twist, eccentricity, bow bend…)
Conducting Visual Inspection of welds as per codes and standards.
Preparing to daily and weekly welding reports as per quality plan.
Preparation and submission of reports & Co-ordination with clients.
Interpretation of Radiography Films as per codes and Standards.
Calibration documentation of measuring instruments, gauges, and equipment etc.
Worked as Trainee, assisting the manager directly in the daily activities.
