Estimating, planning and quantifying the building for interior works
Checking plans, drawings and quantities to execute the works.
Estimated and supervised the site for all the finishing and fit out works including MEP works
Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
Attend Monthly & Weekly Project Review Meetings and alert the project team of any potential problems
This involved organizing and assisting the foreman’s, preparing progress report, material procurement reports, assigning work to the labours, reporting the work progress for the day, Weekly, and assisting in the project handover
My communication skills played a major role in the site to avoid the delays or misunderstandings of drawings from the role team to the contractors & site representatives
The main challenge involved was to accommodate any deviation in the project schedule without altering the client requirements and project deadline. This role enhanced the coordination and multi- tasking attitude

• Execution of site work, using the engineering principles and techniques.
• Earth works for all structural layers as per the site condition.
• Checking that all the technical equipment’s are in good working condition.
• Execute work on site is carried out according to specification drawing.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress report.
• Site control, execution and supervision of all site works.
• Marking to cross section drawing cutting and filling area.
• When each & every layers are finished Compaction testing will be conducted.
• Check and analyzing site survey report.
