• Overall IT Technical Support to All users of Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait.
• IT Equipment Support on field/remote.
• Remote management of incidents (troubleshooting, configuration, installation, etc...)
• Provide phone assistance (technical, troubleshooting, query, etc.) to users and try to close incidents directly.
• Coordinating with IT teams such as AUDIT, DBMS, Mail Server team, SAP etc.
• Notify Help Desk Supervisor if Data is inconsistent, Notify Help Desk Supervisor if user requires priority change or for major escalations, Log users incidents in ITSM
I was working as IT instructor, conducting IT classes and educating students by various innovative and advance ideas and theories, maintaining computer labs and awarded twice with 6th and 7th Science Olympiad.
I joined Department of post as Postal Assistant and promoted to System Administrator in April, 2005.
Under "Total Computerization and Networking Plan" i set up LAN at Kheda HO and implemented all departmental Software. I also trained departmental staff and carried out various seminars for Employee development.
As Computer Instructor, i worked as Primary/ Secondary/ Higher Secondary computer Teacher from standard 3rd to 12th conducting computer classes
I carried out DBMS training under 10 days of seminar program.
I took lectures for IT for 1.5 month during summer vacation
