▪ Carried out the review of pre-contract design deliverables, design reports, calculation, specifications, scope of work and CFD analysis report for the projects.
▪ Validate and ensure the HVAC design requirement is in compliance with system required code compliance like ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144/DW143, NFPA, QCS 2014 specification, QP specifications and BS CODES etc...
▪ Liaising with the design support team in Philippines (Manila) to manage and co-ordinate all of the engineering design for the Programme across all phases of work.
▪ Obtain requirements from all stakeholders via workshops and liaison.
▪ Carried out the post contract review submission material submittal of the HVAC system, Manufacturer technical data sheet, calculations, method statement and prequalification documents.
