▪ Carried out the review of pre-contract design deliverables, design reports, calculation, specifications, scope of work and CFD analysis report for the projects.
▪ Validate and ensure the HVAC design requirement is in compliance with system required code compliance like ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144/DW143, NFPA, QCS 2014 specification, QP specifications and BS CODES etc...

▪ Attend the Authority inspection like Civil defence and other stake holder.
▪ Review and verify the value engineering document and monthly billing document based on the site progress and recommend to client.

▪ Reviewing the project scope, specifications, Tender and IFC drawings design reports, calculation and baseline program.
▪ Review the technical RFQ’s, response received from client/consultant BoQ’s, budgets and monthly claim requirement for large scale project.

▪ Identifying High Impact site Issues (HII) and ‘’Bottlenecks’’ and taking appropriate action as well as implement improvements throughout the planning and site execution process.

▪ Carried out pre-contract HVAC/Firefighting/PHE system design work for residential (Low rise and High rise), industrial, commercial, sports facility, Oil and Gas projects in Qatar.
▪ Prepare the Mechanical (HVAC, Firefighting System) deliverables for the preliminary, detail design drawings, tender drawings IFC drawings, design reports, calculations, specification, scope of work and Authority approved drawings as per the project needs.
▪ Obtain requirements from all stakeholders via workshops and liaison.
▪ Good understanding of cost control, cost forecast and time deliverables.
▪ Liaise with the relevant stakeholders such as public work Authority (PWA), Qatar Civil defence department (QCDD) and Qatar General electricity and water Corporation (Kahramma), QP (Qatar Petroleum), RLIC (Ras Laffan Industrial City-Qatar Gas) etc.

▪ Study and review the project specification, scope of work document, IFC drawings, Bill of Qty documents and other technical document which is related to the project.
▪ Prepare the Material submittal in coordination with vendor, prepare the Engineering calculation like static pressure calculation, pump head calculation, inertia base calculation etc. Also review the shop drawings and provide the feedback to CAD designer.
▪ Raise the Technical query through (RFQ) highlight any cost or time impact based on the approved response from client.
▪ Attend the weekly progress/design meeting.
▪ Coordination with different discipline like structural, Architectural, electrical etc.
▪ Planning and scheduling the Mechanical work and work resources.
▪ Attend the QA/QC meeting discuss with NCR/CAR provide technical justification for the closeout purpose.
▪ Monitor the project progress and cost involvement and coordinate with planning engineer and Quantity Surveyor (QS).

▪ To check that the equipment and manpower employed by the subcontractor are adequate and that the works performed by the subcontractor confirm to Design Documents and to the quality level fixed by the same.
▪ To inspect the welding to be employed at site and qualifications of the welders operating within the plant, according to project specifications and standards.
▪ Prior to the start works, to check the supplier’s material and technical documentation delivery schedule. Check the same in line with the fabrication, erection and construction schedule and contractual commitments.
▪ To inspect Fit-up Inspection on boilers, pipe with Valves, pipeline inspection, Hydro testing of valves pipeline, NDT (Non-destructive Inspection) on welded joints during shut down.
▪ Stage Inspection and approval of processes and procedures as described in relevant Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
▪ Handled with Customer/client/Third party Inspection and coordination.
▪ Handled Project with site erection ONGC-INDIA, SPIC-INDIA, KALPAKKAM NUCLEAR POWER STATION -INDIA.
