• Inspection of material surface preparation as per coating specification and Ensuring pot life, sweat-in time and blasting time before paint application are as per specifications.
• Ensuring persons involved in production/quality activities are qualified/certified/approved by client.
• Monitoring QC inspectors involved in line checking, regarding completion of weld summary sheets, NDT requirement, mark-up drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirement.
• Ensuring instruments used in production/quality control are approved and in calibrated state and maintaining calibration register.
• Providing information to production personnel about project procedures and acceptability criteria.
