1.Training activities:
a. Responsible for imparting training related to Practical and theory classes of Technician
Mechatronics & IoT Technician Trade under Craftsmen Training scheme.
b. Responsible for imparting training related to short term course training program conducted
in AVTS(Advanced vocational training system) Electronics section.
c. Design and develop various Tailor made courses as per industrial requirement.
d. Responsible for Theory and Practical classes of Electronics mechanic ITI Trade during the
leave period of concerned faculty.
2.Laboratory activities
a. PLC Testing, Programming, SCADA Configuration of Allen Bradley/Siemens with RS
Logix500/5000 English, S7 300 Simatic manager and Factory talk software.
b. Testing and troubleshooting of analogue & digital electronics circuits.
c. Debugging of 8051, PIC, ARM Microcontroller with interfacing with ADC, Servo
motor, WiFi, Bluetooth and GSM.
d. Programming of Arduino, ESP8266/ESP32 Module through Arduino IDE for IoT Applications
and control with web server/App.
e. Develop Thingspeak, ubidots IoT platform and analyze the data.
f. Develop, test the prototype model IoT platform interface with DHT11 Temp Humidity
sensors, LM35, AD8232 ECG sensor and Heart rate sensor.
g. Practical exercises of pneumatic system with actuators, directional control valve and
manifold.
h. Electronics component selection, schematic capture, and board layout PCB design using
TINA.
i. Operates all electronics shop equipment and software including: oscilloscopes, arbitrary
function generators, soldering stations, Mechatronics Trainer kits(PLC& Pneumatics), and
TINA electronic design software.
3.Administration, Procurement work activities:
a. Preparation of training materials like lesson plan, demonstration plan, Information sheets
as per syllabus of CTS(Craftsmen Training Scheme).
b. Writing assessment materials, supporting the continuous improvement of courseware
materials.
c. Maintaining sectional records like stock register, consumable register, Tools Equipments
register.
d. Planning and Procure raw material/Consumables, Tools& Equipments and ensuring the
working Condition of various equipments in section.
e. Develop proposals related to the future of training and evaluation programs.
f. Coordinating with the Purchase department to procure equipment's needed for new Lab
setup of IoT Trade.
g. Performed Invigilation duties in various examination conducted by DGT (Directorate
General of Training).
h. Inventory management of student material kits and hand tools, including suggesting
contents and requirements, inventory, repair and replacement of toolkit contents.
i. Performed other duties assigned by Higher Authority.
Soldering, reworking and replacement of all necessary components to
affect the repair.
* Design and develop embedded firmware for micro controller-based wireless
and sensor products for IoT.
* Working with pneumatic components Actuators, Directional control valve and
Manifold.
* Working knowledge of Industrial robot and teach pendant control system.
* Debugging of 8051, PIC and ARM Microcontroller with interfacing
m o du l e ADC, Servomotor, WiFi, Bluetooth and GSM.
* Programming of Arduino, ESP8266/ESP32 Module through Arduino
IDE for IoT Applications, robotics and control with web server/App.
* Electronics component selection, schematic capture, and board
layout PCB design using TINA.
* Basic knowledge of Python Programming interface with Raspberry pi.
* Responsible for imparting training related to Theory and Practical
classes Conducted for Technician Mechatronics/IoT Trade.
* Update the various Equipments and maintained the instruments in
theSection Accordingly.
* Maintained various training records like Assessment reports, feedback
form, student data records, evaluation sheets as per standard.
* Procurement of new Tools equipments with technical specifications for
IoT Lab.
Testing of Avionics Support devices such as Flight control unit(FCU), Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU), GPS and Servo of the UAV( Unmanned Aerospace Vehicle) aircraft for defense and
Military Industrial applications.
* Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Arrangement of RadioTransceiver, Ground Station System Equipments and Simulation.
* Production of Electronic Circuit PCBS (Prototype) Using Chemical
Processing techniques.
* Basic Semiconductor Electronics Components Chip Level Testing
and Troubleshooting and Knowledge in RF Military connectors,
GPS cable hardness and discrete Devices for navigation
applications
Maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of Electrical Power supply UPS
Systems.
* Procurement of Components for repairing and maintain the sales
documentation.
