• Track customer queries for vehicles at the counters, process approvals in terms of rates, rate ammendmends, refunds, etc.
• Lead fleet palnning with fleet coordinator for counters, and ensure proper utilization of fleet
• Follow up with workshop for release of vehicles ready after service/repair to meet high demand at the counters
• Decide on the fleets to be allocated for long term lease (6 month / 1 year), in conjunction with fleet coordinator
• Plan vehicle/fleet dispatch along with deignated drivers in order of priority, while controlling backlogs status and ensuring uninterrupted availabity of drivers and their effective utilization
• Monitor repair costs of each vehicle, seek cost saving opportunities, decide on disposal of vehicles incurring huge repair cost
• Review system generated reports on service, replacement manifest, driver utilization, etc. and follow up with the respective teams to initiate actions for prompt resloution of underperfromance issues
• Work with team and colleagues to decide on appropriate solutions for critical problems which impair performances in order to achieve KPIs as mandated by management
