Review all applications, reading carefully and evaluating presented qualifications.
* Sourcing profiles through Portals, Manpower consultants, internal database and
employee referrals.
* Conducting initial screening of candidates and scheduling potential candidates
for interview with functional heads.
* Contact applicants with the highest potential to schedule in-person interviews.
* Perform interviews carefully and intentionally, asking in-depth questions and
listening to the answers carefully while taking details notes.
* Create a report of the highest qualified and most talented candidates to be
presented to the hiring manager.
* Contact new recruits, explain work technicalities, and guide them through the
required paperwork.
* Ensure new recruits enter into proper training successfully and all questions are
answered correctly.
* Coordinate with all the Project coordinators regarding the manpower issue as per
their requirement.
* Handling overseas recruitment direct with the candidate and with agencies.
• My work was all about recruiting healthcare professionals like Nurses, and all other paramedics for middle east contraries specially for KSA as per Saudi council and DHA regulation, like post Bsc you must have the 2 years’ work experience for Saudi council.
• Was Handling the team of recruitment professionals as a team leader.
• My main focus was to find the best paramedics according to requirement of the different clients like government hospitals, private hospitals, multispecialty hospitals, home healthcare and rehabilitation centers for the gulf countries specially for KSA.
• Worked on the recruitment projects of the Ministry of Health KSA.
• Coordinate candidate interview scheduling (including travel arrangements if necessary) with site HR and site hiring managers
• Reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants.
• Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions to present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract termsSources, recruits and develops clinical and clerical healthcare professionals who are in the top of their field and aligns them with healthcare employers who are looking for the top individuals in the field.
• Execute recruiting strategies to achieve required staffing levels for Nurses and medical professionals across the country.
• Creatively source candidates using a variety of recruiting channels such as, social media
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system, assisting with employee relations
• Writing a detailed report on completion each and every recruitment project
• Writing up job descriptions as per client’s requirements.
