Duties and Responsibilities:
•Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication
•Accountable for equipment safety and performance
•Accountable for selling service repairs
•Accountable for the sales lead volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads
•Accountable for resolving customer service quality complaints
•Accountable for resolving customers invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations

•Accountable for the delivery of service according to the service contract requirements, the time limits, the KONE quality standards and the local regulations

•Accountable for supporting the maintenance of any foreign equipment coming into the LIS base
•Responsible for helping the KC3 solving technician callout assignment conflicts
•Accountable for solving and closing the open callouts and reacting in case of stopped equipment and/or safety issues
•Accountable for reducing the callouts
•Accountable for reviewing callout and service repairs invoices that are not automatically invoiced
•Accountable for the timely completion of the planned maintenance visits
•Accountable for the planned maintenance scheduling and optimized routing
•Responsible for performing site audits
•Responsible for investigating accidents and following company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting.
•Responsible for the control and authorization of overtime
•Accountable for the performance and communication of assigned technicians
•Accountable for maintenance technicians motivation and competence development
•Accountable for determining and checking technicians performance objectives
•Accountable for managing technician absences and back-up, and callout technician scheduling
•Accountable for technician timesheet validation prior to payroll
•Accountable for equipment assignment to technician and technician workload balancing
•Responsible of defining the technician capacity need and for the technician hiring and selection process
•Accountable for defining, authorizing replacement, managing technician's tools, vans, phone and instruments
POSITION : MAINTENANCE MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities:
•Study the maintenance workload and plan the budget and schedule to execute the work.
•Familiar in usage of ERP System (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) for maintenance dept.
•Plan and stock adequate spare parts to meet the area(s) maintenance needs
•Make sure the Basic Maintenance procedures are followed while performing the maintenance.
•Periodically visit and check the site(s) to ensure the instructions/procedures, schedule and safety are properly and strictly followed.
•Closely monitor the man-hours spent against the workload and make sure it doesn't exceed the allotted budget.
•Exercise continuous and concentrated efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of the maintenance. Attend quarterly meeting on this subject and actively contribute.
•Coordinate with accounts section to advise the claim and to know the payments receipt for all maintenance contracts, spare parts orders etc.,
•Preparation of monthly report and attend the monthly meeting.
•Arrange for the Trouble-Call data in time.
•Arrange to have the handing over inspections before turning over to the client within the stipulated time.
•Upkeep of the records and follow the procedures outlined in ISO documentation and coordinate periodic audits. POSITION : QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities: Installation
•Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data on ISS and producing statistical reports.
•Developing and Establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
•Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
•Setting up and checking the implementation of quality and standards in installation and maintenance by the respective departments in all branches.
•Make Random visits to installation and maintenance projects in all branches.
•Participate in scheduled inspection after completion of installation works prior to handing over to the client & maintenance section.
•Arrange in coordination with Training Dept., seminars & training classes. Maintenance
•Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data on Trouble Calls and producing statistical reports.
•Check and monitor quality of maintenance jobs monthly and periodically.
•Attend and execute scheduled inspection periodically and annually.
•Report any non-conformance activities regarding the Maintenance procedure.
•Encourage the maintenance personnel with the implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedule and improve their Maintenance standard.

•Coordinating material/spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
•Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
•Preparing work in progress invoices and following up with clients to assure prompt payments.
•Effectively carrying out safety training classes for installation and maintenance technicians.
•Create various project related documents like method statements, QA-QC policy, health and safety plan, work methodology, ITP, risk assessment etc.
•Effectively conducted QA-QC stage wise inspections during installation and also during maintenance handing over and handing over to the client.
•Effectively conducted internal audits at various phases of the projects.
•Accustomed to work in a team environment with tight schedules and capable of working efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects and cross train sub-ordinates in other functional areas.
•Worked as project engineer for major projects consisting of about 427 units
•Worked as an installation engineer for projects of about 50 units
