Taking requsitions from the concerned departments for expenses to be incurred and filing it. Vouching of requsition documents for its accuracy and completeness and ensuring that all the verifications and approvals are there. Reconciling quotation of vendors with the requirements mentioned in the requisition form. Keeping record of approved quotations from the concerned department. Preparing the summary of approved quotations on daily basis.
