Activities performed: Responsible for providing contractual advice on various Technical and Financial proposal under the contract, preparation of project report, assist to Team Leaderin analysis of contractor’s work plan and progress report etc. under the “Paira Bridge ( Lebukhali Bridge ) Construction Project. Activities performed: Responsible for surveying, preparation of BOQ, estimating and costing, design as well as supervision of the infrastructures like as Mandartola 140 Nos. Disaster Resilience Housing Buildings within Gopalgonj Pourashava for the Resettlement of 350 Nos. evicted poor families ( Funded by CDMP - II ), within Gopalgonj Pourashava, construction of Office Buildings ( 6 Nos. Cluster Centre within Barisal City Corporation ), construction of required interior RCC& CC Roads, Drains & Culverts within the communities, construction of sanitary latrine ( Community Latrine ), construction of water supply facilities ( Deep Set Tube Wells, Deep Hand Tube Wells, Pipe Lines and Reservoirs etc.) within the Chittagong City Corporation area with the preparation of work plan and budget, preparation of cost of estimation, preparation of community contracts, conduct all the required laboratory tests for the construction materials ( i.e. sand, cement, stone chip, reinforcement, quality of water parameters etc.), organize and facilitate all the technical training, orientation and workshop programs within different CDCs, supervision and monitoring of all types of construction works with maintaining the proper quality and progress of works, certifying the work bills as executed by the CDC members, preparation of weekly as well as monthly progress report, preparation of any other report as assigned by Project Head Quarter, time to time reporting to the Town Manager, coordination with the CDCs, officials of LGED as well as Barisal City Corporation, Chittagong City Corporation, Gopalgonj & Jessore Pourashava, Project Head Quarter staff members etc. under the project of “Urban Partnerships for Poverty Reduction (UPPR) Project”.
Name of assignment or Project: GOB - Danida Hygiene, Sanitation and Water Supply (HYSAWA) Project. Funded by GOB
Main project features: Construction/Installation of water supply and sanitation facilities, development of Hygiene facilities, surveying, estimating, costing etc. for the poor as well as extremely poor people.
Activities performed: Responsible for monitoring and supervision of all the construction works for all the water supply and sanitation facilities under the project, liaison with the donor’s representatives, Clients and immediate supervisors, Co-ordination with all the Engineers as well as staffs in Upazilla and Union level under the project, Preparation of progress report, surveying, reporting, conducting the necessary laboratory tests, arranging of different Program in Upazilla and Union level with maintaining the Socio - Economic Cultural Context, certifying the payment for contractor’s work bills etc .within the most Rural and Urban areas within the district under the project of "Water Supply and Sanitation in Coastal Belt Project funded by GOB".
Activities performed: Responsible for the preparation of BOQ, estimating & costing, required checking the contractor’s work bill for payments for the construction works of130 Nos. for the construction of 130 Nos. Tsunami Housing Buildings for the Resettlement of Tsunami effected poor people’s with the construction of all the internal roads, water distribution pipe lines & sewerage disposal pipe lines extending the final disposal point 300.00 m into the adjacent sea from the sea beach with maintaining proper quality and progress of works, rectification of structural design as per requirements in cases, required testing for all kinds of construction materials (like as sand, cement, stone-chip, concrete, reinforced steel etc.) in the assigned laboratory, Topographical surveying, Project surveying with the setting out of the housing buildings and internal roads, liaison with the concern Engineers of French Red Cross, International Red Cross and concern Engineering Department of Maldives Government, estimating, costing, checking of bills for above works with recommendation etc., under the project of "Tsunami Reconstruction and Redevelopment Works", aided by French Red Cross, under the National Disaster Management Centre for Maldives Government, at Laamu Gan Island in Maldives.
Name of assignment or project: IDB Assisted Primary School development Programme (phase-II) (BD-0132)
Activities performed: Responsible for monitoring, supervision and also leading the consultant’s field level team members for the construction of 48 Nos. multistoried school buildings with maintaining proper quality and progress of works, conducting the necessary laboratory tests for the construction materials through the assigned laboratory, surveying, reporting, checking of bills for above works with recommendation in close collaboration with the Assistant Engineers ( All Upazilla) and Executive Engineer of the concern Engineering Department (LGED) within the Greater Comilla District area.
Name of assignment or project: Rehabilitation of 2004 Flood Damaged Urban Physical Infrastructure Project.
Activities performed: Responsible for supervision, surveying, inventory of works, preparation of BOQ & cost estimates, monitoring, reporting etc. for the rehabilitation works of roads, bridges, culverts, drains, footpath etc. under the above project.

Activities performed: Responsible for the preparation of BOQ, estimating, costing, surveying, conducting the different kinds of laboratory tests for construction materials, full time supervision for the construction works of 3 nos. Over Head Tanks having each capacity 700 m3, 2 nos. Iron Removal Plants having capacity 400 m3/h, Over Ground Reservoir (225 m3/h), Sludge Holding Tank, Raw water Transmission pipe lines, Water Distribution pipe lines, Public Toilets, Household Latrines and all the related piping and electrical works, checking of bills for the above works with recommendation within Noakhali, Raipur, Ramgonj, Golachipa Pourashava in Noakhali, Laxmipur and Patuakhali districts respectively, preparation of progress report, reporting etc., under the project of “DPHE - Danida Water Supply and Sanitation Components” ( Danida aided Project), in Bangladesh.

Activities performed: Responsible for surveying, inventory of works, preparing of BOQ &cost estimating, documentation, Supervising, monitoring & reporting for the construction and Renovation works of " Up gradation of 50 Upazilla Health Complex ( UZHCs ), Remodeling / Renovation of 328 UZHCs, Construction of 418- Unit Doctor’s Quarter at UZHCs, Construction of 211 Stores Room & Construction of 35-Emergency Obstetrics Care Centers ( EOC)" including the related water supply and sanitation facilities under the Project of Health & Population Program Project ( HPPP ), (Contract Package No. S4- CMMU ), IDA Credit No. 3101 BD.

Activities performed: Responsible for the preparation of BOQ, estimation with costing, supervision of the construction works with managing the site, proper quality & progress of works, project management, liaison with consultant & contractor for on time completion of the project, checking of bills for works done by the Sub-Contractor, conducting the required laboratory tests for the construction materials etc., for the 10 storied Apartment Building “PANKAURI” at 20 Chamilibag, Santinagar, Dhaka.

Activities performed: Responsible for supervision of the construction works with maintaining proper quality and progress of works, surveying, estimating, checking and making bills for works for the construction of 3 storied building for Bangladesh Open University and Branch office building (16 storied) of Bangladesh Bank, including the construction of required infrastructures for water supply & sanitation facilities at Rangpur. Also responsible for conducting the necessary laboratory tests for the construction materials in the laboratory.

Activities performed: Responsible for supervising all the construction and maintenance works including the monitoring of all the consultant’s site Engineers, for single and multistoried hospital buildings including the related sanitation facilities with maintaining proper quality and progress of works, surveying, estimating, checking and making bills for works recommended by the site Engineers of the consultant, conducting the necessary testing’s for all kinds of construction materials, reporting with weekly progress report for all the sites to the Zonal Engineer, liaison with the Engineers of concern Department of Health Engineering regarding the site works in the Project of “Family Welfare Centre” under the Ministry of Health of Bangladesh Government within the Kushtia, Chuadanga and Meherpur Districts.
In addition to this, responsible for the supervision of the construction works for Family
Planning store-room under US AID project # 388+0071 in above mentioned districts
Name of assignment or project: Construction of a Flexible Pavement Road, Bridge & Box Culvert
Activities performed: Responsible for the supervision for the construction of Flexible Pavement Road with the construction of all the interior RCC Bridge & Box Culverts, estimating, costing, preparation of bills for works, performing the required tastings for all kinds of construction materials with the procurement of those materials at site etc. under the Roads & Highway Department within Barisal Road division on the full time basis.
