The major Responsibilities are:
•Participates in need assessments, participatory Rural Appraisal, feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses and community consultations.
•Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives according to the program and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.
•Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
•Facilities the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
•Identifies unskilled and skilled Cash for Work beneficiaries in close cooperation with the steering committee.
•Liaising with program staff of other ACTED teams to ensure that information is shared and that lessons learned are developed.
•Collaborate effectively with other line managers and the coordination team.
The major Responsibilities are:
•Evaluation and assessment of student's study.
•Preparation of questions and Monthly Report Cards.
•Frequent communication and coordination with parents upon the completion of their terminal exam for their further improvement.
•Daily reporting of student’s personal appraisal to principal.
