· Plan, execute, and commission the ELV packages (comprising of Life Safety & Security) with assigned customers across various parts of the country.
· Overseeing daily business operations ensuring timely deliverables ensuring compliance with organization policies, processes and guidelines
· Project controlling during execution, including costing, margin analysis, cost variance analysis, revenue & invoice backlog & cost to go analysis
· Identifying early warning signals within a project, facilitate costing of risk analysis and estimate cost impact of non-performance issues.
· Planning, managing and communicating the progress of projects, achieving project milestones & maintaining project momentum.
· Support project closure and retrieval of bonds/guarantee
· Support during tender / offer stage, bid review/analysis, estimate the cash flow, identify risks and suggest mitigation plans
· Review proposals, contracts, scope of work, risks and pricing generated by sales / BDM / estimation team
· Prepare the training need analysis for the team and provide coaching & mentoring.
· Ensure all the EHS & best QC practices are implemented at project sites.
* Managing project comprising of 5900 Access Controlled doors, 6300 Video Surveillance IP cameras and associated SAN storage of 7 petabytes.
* Activities involved cost effective project roll-out, various engineering approvals, selection of material, shortlisting/finalizing vendors & subcontractors, Progressive invoicing and site execution work.
* Managed projects worth approx. 14 million INR for commissioning of security systems in various residential complexes and commercial establishments
* Handled annual service contracts for around 40 customers spread across Mumbai & Pune
* Roll-out execution of 1100 GSM sites for new launch of telecom services in Mumbai circle on shared infrastructure basis.
* Successfully completed the minimum rollout obligation of telecom services (a pre-requisite for commercial launch of telecom services) in telecom circles of Gujarat, Maharashtra-Goa and Mumbai.
* Roll-out execution of 1600 new GSM sites and colocation of GSM BTS at 700 existing CDMA sites
* O&M of BTS sites
* Data network support for RDN & DCN network of Mumbai circle, comprising of around 500+ routers
* Liaison with WPC-DoT for Import clearance of 3000+ BTS equipment and equal microwave equipment to be used across West region of India
* Liaison with TERM Cell-DoT - Mumbai for compliance to telecom licensing requirements
Effectively managed IT Infrastructure facility management at client location for setup of 250+ desktops, 8 application servers, 3 routers and 2 firewalls
System Integration:
• Survey of the existing setup if any and on basis of that suggesting the right type of solution for theconnectivity/expansion or for the new sites
• Taking budgetary approval for the proposed solution and follows ups till the logistics are available at site
• Getting the site made RFE & I&C of electronics
• Providing end to end network connectivity as per the proposed solution in coordination with cross-function groups
• Handover of site to Facility Management/Operations
• Conduct periodic review meetings on project progress & publish dashboard reports.
Facility Management:
• Ensure resolution of day-to-day user issues (Desktop/Application related) by working closely with the engineers’ team
• Network management & support (Lan& Wan)
• Release & deployment of system updates thru SUS server across different geographic locations
• IT Asset management (Desktop/Server/LAN/WAN/Office Automation) for the cluster
• Fault trend analysis to identify & avoid repeat faults
• Initiated knowledge sharing to enhance team skills
• Ensure the system uptime& co-ordination with all vendors& support partners for maintaining spare levels
• Compliance to the ISO 9001:2000standards
