Responsibilities:
 To Supervise the onshore and offshore commissioning activities, as well as outstanding works and quality issues are detected and reported. Supervise Mechanical completion, and ensure that work is carried out in compliance with the project HSE rules and legislation.
 Supervise the testing of Mechanical equipment’s and Piping systems in accordance with applicable pre - commissioning, commissioning, and relevant vendor test procedures.
 Liaise with support vendors as required
 Supervise Mechanical and Piping commissioning team and interface with other disciplines
 Ensure 'Red line' project drawings and procedures when changes have been completed during commissioning phase.
 Ensure that the work is organized and done according to the ADNOC requirements, and ensure that Operation tests are carried out and commissioning work documented according to rules, procedure and templates.
 Ensure all activities are implemented in a safe manner using the PTW system
 Prepare for future work fronts including preparation of applicable documentation i.e. Work packs, PTW requests, Method Statements etc.
 Perform on site supervision on a group of commissioning technicians also indoor and outdoor wok environment to ensure field commissioning work is completed.
 Execute field commissioning activities in conformance with project drawing, P&ID, specification, schedules, cost estimates, procedure, quality requirements and safety standards.
 Send dally progress report to the Mechanical Commissioning Lead Engineer.
 Responsible for oversight and assistance with mechanical commissioning crew to ensure they safely complete all commissioning activities required to achieve subsystem RFSU on or before the required date.

Responsibilities: ➢ Responsible for supervision of piping fabrication for off-site areas (flare and jetty), common facilities, fractionation and utilities areas, supervision for piping supports fabrication, and resolving piping technical problems on site, including modification on isometric drawings and P&I.
➢ Duties include analysis of the need for field shop spooling in consultation with the sub-contractor, establishment of spool fabrication priority in consultation with the sub-contractor, and monitoring of the offsite spool fabrication to coordinate the proper priority flow of spools to the site.
➢ Coordinate with other engineering discipline heads at the project site to review the overall progress in work and coordinate with them to assess any hold points that originate from a particular engineering discipline.
➢ Responsible for maintaining updated delivery schedules from the sub-contractor, progress follow-up, test packages control, as built drawings and construction punch list.
➢ Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution. Ensure that all the work activities get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specifications.
➢ Responsible for determining appropriate supplies and stock levels are maintained to meet functional targets, both within cost restraints and consistent with suppliers' lead times.
