Responsibilities
- Preparation of Financials, Budgets analysis, feasibility, and various reports and Management reporting.
- CAPEX, OPEX analysis and planning, Cash Flow Analysis, Financial Analysis, Internal control, logistics.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting to HO in Luxembourg.
- Reconciliation of Banks, payable and receivables.
- Posting, updating of accrual, prepaid, fixed assets, expense, updating records for audit purpose.
- Dealing and guiding team for reporting.
- Abide by the compliance and taxation laws. Data preparation for the purpose of quarterly taxable returns and Annual ESR filling.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Financials, Budgets analysis, feasibility, and various reports.
- Monthly and Annual reporting of Central banks.
- Reconciliation of Banks and various money products for daily business requirements.
- Dealing with supplier payments, daily payments via Central Bank for various day-to-day business.
- Netdania website awareness, KYC.
- Posting, updating of accrual, prepaid, fixed assets, expense, updating records for audit purpose.
- Dealing and guiding branches for relevant matters.
- WPS, Pension analysis and coordinating with internal and external audit to meet their requirements.
- Abide by the compliance and taxation laws. Data preparation for the purpose of quarterly taxable returns.
- Conversant with UAE VAT Law, UAE Labor Law, and important websites of UAE.
