Duties & responsibilities: (Branding)
- Responsible of developing and maintaining a strong corporate identity of the FDF.
- Ensuring all marketing activities and tools adheres to the FDF’s brand positioning and guidelines.
- Developing FDF’s brand identities and marketing ideas for targeted campaigns, forums and
conferences by providing creative branding solutions for collateral, graphics, web, prints and publication.
- Extensive experience in developing
across a broad range of formats/media, including TV, print,
radio, social and online.
- Managing the design team while developing concepts in various creative projects and oversee them
to completion and help the design team use their talents effectively.
- Hand-on experience in creative process, design and brand developments.
- Initiate and conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative
thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
Duties & responsibilities: (Internal Communications)
- Contributing to the internal employee engagement strategy and leading its events and activities.
- Experience in developing internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across
business units into clear and motivating creative strategies Duties & responsibilities: (Event Management)
- Experience in planning and managing large-scale events from planning stage, right through to running the event and developing the post-event evaluation.
- Produce detailed project plan for the event including timelines, venues, suppliers and budgets.
Duties & responsibilities: (Management and Operational duties)
- Act as the Media Office Manager and perform its duties when the manager is away.
- Experience managing the media buying agencies, including briefing, planning, buying and evaluation
processes.
- Ensure excellent relations with media and advertising agencies, printing companies and suppliers.
- Develop RFPs, and lead the selection and relationship management of multimedia vendors and third party service providers who meets the requirements ensuring adherence to the FDF strategy, policies and procedures.
- Managing multiple projects from concept through completion and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Developing FDF’s design concepts and marketing ideas for targeted campaigns, forums and conferences by providing creative branding solutions for collateral, graphics, web, prints and
