SPOC for grievance handling, event management, facilities management
Coordinating the onsite, offshore team in day to day operations
Coordinating the attendance, leave management, payroll & MIS
Monitoring the workforce planning and staffing goals through well defined recruitment & retention strategies
Working closely with hiring managers/ stakeholders to understand hiring needs, hiring plan design and fulfillment of the same within the agreed TAT
Managing all aspects of end to end IT/ Non IT recruitment, campus hiring (Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Negotiation, Closing, on boarding)
