Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Stakeholders, and Technical Lead for recruitment planning and execution.
• Hiring for junior, mid-senior, and senior roles based on business requirements, emphasizing lateral and campus recruitment.
• Source and screen profiles using ATS, job postings, and networking
• Proficient in daily Workday usage for requisitions, screening, applicant management, offer generation, and initiating hiring processes
• Conduct initial technical phone screenings and skill mapping
• Maintain and update Master tracker and post-offer trackers
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives, including vendor management
• Working closely with Department Heads, and HR Advisors on compensation fitment and salary breakup
• Negotiate salary and joining dates, brief candidates on compensation, benefits, and relocation policies
• Handle offer roll-out and joining formalities
• Liaise with HR Ops for documentation and pre-boarding
• Coordinate employee induction and skill training
• Facilitate smooth onboarding, coordinate with the HR Ops and L&D team on employee induction and orientation for new hires
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruiting process, initiating with identifying the requirement, sourcing and screening profiles, uploading the profiles on the portal or sharing it with client and scheduling interviews
• Sourcing candidates using primarily job postings, search engines like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Cold Calling and Head Hunting
• Have worked on IT Technologies like Frontend & Backend Developer, Fullstack Developer, Java Developer, Manual & Automation Tester & Non-IT Skillsets like HR Admin, Accounting, Clearing Operations, A/V Engineer, FID Administration, PMO, and Technical Writer
• Sharing profiles to the clients and coordinating interviews
• Post offer, follow ups with candidates and maximize joining ratio
