• Head of sales department and customer service:
Responsible of sales team put sales strategy and workflow plan all the, Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products, Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Head of Customer service Department :
Handling all the customer directive and give client full satisfactions with very high and strong solutions

1- Broker.

4- Heavy Trader in the Market.
5- Handle and deal with all Customer inquiries / complaints / suggestions.
