• CIO Chief Information Officer.
• Motivate a team of 12 IT Specialists to Supply technical Support for more than 350 PCs located in 25 different locations in the country in the most efficient manner.
• Leading the team to develop several Systems for the Group of Companies Touring Company, Travel & Tourism Company, Hotel Company, Hertz -Car Rental-Company .YCTA Company…etc.
• Observing and managing the two Main Section in the department The Network Section and the System Development Section.
• Leading a team of 12 IT specialists.
• Preparing the annual business plan of the department which includes several projects in Networking and Systems Development.
• Involved in implementing many projects such WAN of the Universal Group thought out VPN.
• Building and establishing several Newtwork Types including LAN, WAN, WLAN on windows 2003 server.
• Supervising the Analysis, designing and implementing of several software Projects like the Accounting System, Fixed Assets and Depreciation, Purchase & Store management System, Hotel Reservation System, Fleet Integrated Management System, Ticketing Back Office System, Exchange System…etc.
