 Managing finance work with NBFC including invoice discounting (M1 exchange) on TREDS, factoring
invoicing on Infor Nexus (Clients)
 Ensuring timely deliverable of MIS and analyse the operations costs to support decision and policy
making. Directing team to prepare monthly financials with data presentation of B/S, P&L statements to
the senior management.
 Introduced NAPS functionality in factory

ERP implementation and working to bring the financial system on common platform of Oracle
Financials from MS Dynamics (US office) & Tally ERP (India office). Leading a team of 4 members in India &
2 in US office.
● Preparation of Monthly MIS division wise .Analysis of P&L a/c, comparison against the budget and give
reasons for variances.
● Authorization of Payroll processing and checking of monthly reports submission of ESI, PF, PT & TDS returns
filing. Supervision of vendor payments.
● Coordinating with US office to ensure timely collection of receivables.
● Preparation of Half yearly consolidation review of Financial statement for auditor’s & submission of
reviewed FS to NSE emerge platform.
● Interaction with bankers for ST working loans & Forward covers contract, Treasury and Cash management.
