•Sell Brand Perfumes: Chloe, Aqua de parma, Vera Wang, Bottega Veneta, Veneta, Bond 09, Desquared, FERRE Juliet Has a Gun, Blue marine, AJ Arabia, Amour Oud
•Attend to customer visiting the shop, initiate sales process, offer qualified advice on the available product/s, pay attention to customer tastes and close the sale in order to reach sale targets and render the customer satisfactory.
•Meet and Greet the customer/s courteously, building solid and long term returning customer/s and provide personalized service.
•Maintains stock levels and sales, re-ordering when necessary.
•Regularly attends meetings with Top Management and Managers to gather information and knowledge about the sales and product knowledge.
•Writes consistent sales reports; daily, weekly and monthly and follow up with Stock Controller.
•Providing reports on products and pricing brands and regular feedback to management if there are any changes.
•Responsible for all kind of promotions indoor and outdoor to reach our target and focus on sales as one team and to make sure we have enough stocks and testers and GWP for customers to increase the UPT.
•Merchandising: Making sure that brands are organized properly, maintains cleanliness inside the store and maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
