NOKIA SIMENS”
Acknowledge alarms and follow through using troubleshooting procedures.
Opening and closing trouble ticket and maintenance while detailing the issue for the ease of knowledge transfer.
Deploying and working with the Field Technician for any appropriate problems.
Coordination and implementation of network software and hardware upgrades with other operation teams.
using tools and utilities to resolve network performance and related system/network issues
Updating existing procedures and write new procedures relative to essential duties and responsibilities.
Maintaining NOC troubleshooting tools.
Reporting to NOC supervisors and NOC section Head.
Performing any other duties requested by the Direct Manager.
Open Cases with vendors \[Cisco - Juniper - Nokia\] for repeated and unusual behavior for devices or protocols
Configure static IPs to customers from TE-Data DHCP pool
