Job Duties:

• Overall responsibility for quality control and quality assurance activities within the organization, this Comprises:
1. Developing sampling and testing programs aligned with company requirements and international standards.
2. analyzing inspection data for identifying process inefficiencies/nonconformities, and follow-up execution of corrective actions.
3. Managing all Activities related to the integrated management systems (ISO9001, ISO22716, ISO14001, and ISO45001) including developing policies and procedures, leading internal and vendor audits, coordinating management reviews, and following up on the analysis and actions taken in response to both internal and external complaints.
4. Sharing periodic status reports regarding routine online and terminal inspections, internal audits, vendor audits, market visits, customer complaints, and accomplished training plans.
5. Assist in providing and developing data management systems that enable plant performance management and measurement of improvements.
6. Drive improvements in supplier quality by collaborating with suppliers to ensure adherence to Quality standards throughout our supply chain, aiming to reduce the incidence of poor quality and associated costs.
• Led implementation of world-class manufacturing (WCM) program for the factories, this encompasses:
1. Developing improvement strategies that consider business priorities, Loss analysis, external benchmarks, three years planned progression of KPIs, People, and workplace transformation.
2. Gaining key stakeholders' alignment and cascade across all factory levels.
3. Led translation of improvement strategy into execution plans to deliver the expected results, including key improvement projects, enablers, and competency-building activities.
4. Support the execution of the improvement plan by ensuring proper governance/routines to track execution progression and improvement sustainability, spending time on the shop floor to evaluate maturity progression and identify key opportunities, providing guidance and feedback, and aligning on corrective actions to adjust execution plans.
5. Developing critical competencies among key members to recognize opportunities for workplace transformation, drive behavioral change, optimize the workplace environment, foster positive employee behaviors, and achieve desired outcomes through GEMBA visits.
6. Assist in establishing the right organization (people and structure - committees, work groups, etc.) to support the manufacturing excellence rollout plan.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to assess the effectiveness of the function/pillar capability plan.
8. Evaluating the maturity of key systems and offering constructive feedback to functional or pillar leaders.
