• Barwa Real Estate Company, a listed company in the Doha Stock Market for a number of Projects:
- Furjan Wadi Lusail development (Development Stage): Golf Course Land Development in Lusail City. Project land is 3.5 million m2 and consists of 1700 villas in addition to all support facilities and retail buildings.
- Medical City (Concept Stage): a Mixed Used Development which consists of a clinic building, 250-bed hospital building, residential apartments, serviced apartments, retail, offices and 80 keys 4 stars hotel.
- Marina Heights Towers Development (Concept Stage): 27, 000 m2 of plot allocated in Lusail City to develop approx. of 200, 000 m2 of 3 residential and hospitality towers.
• Qetaifan Island North Project in Qatar (Construction Stage): 1.3 million square meters, with 129, 296 square meters of water park alone allocated in Lusail City. Leading the development, marketing & sales consultancy services.
• Seef Lusail Land Development (Concept Stage): 88, 000 m2 of plot allocated in Lusail City to develop a mixed-use development. Providing development and marketing consultancy services for investors.

• Successfully delivered Diar Dushanbe Project in Tajikistan - Phase 1 from concept to operation - a full development cycle for a real estate project which includes development strategy to design, construction and asset management.
• Pioneered establishment & implementation of revenue sharing development model in Turkey projects. Thus, reducing Qatari Diar risk exposure to the market as well as investment risk.

Sea Pearl Project - Istanbul, Turkey (Fully Delivered and Operated) Project value: US 1.6 billion.
• The project is in Atakoy, on the European side of Istanbul. It is a mixed-use residential waterfront development with, a land area of 127, 000m2 total sellable area of 320, 000m2. Comprises about 1470 residential units, 110 keys 5-star Hotel (operated by JW Marriot) and 95 serviced apartments and a retail area. Qatari Diar is the majority shareholder in the development with a local partner. It is a full development cycle. Role was leading from land acquisition to operation.

Diar Dushanbe Project - Dushanbe, Tajikistan: Mixed Use Development Project value: US 370 mln.
• The Gross Building Area is 185, 000 m2 with a 5 Star Hotel, furnished apartments, retail promenade, 3 office Towers, 5
Residential Apartment Towers. Lead the development from project concept to detailed design stage including full local company setup till completed asset management and operation.
