5- Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing works follow up to submit the project as per the owner instruction.
6- Control and assistance in testing and sealing work for the various networks, electrical, hydraulics and aeraulics.
In charge of new contract with CNOOC as field service manager handling all related tasks such as procurement, operation, sourcing and shipment from different suppliers from the world to Kampala to be in time of drilling start up
Prepared and gathered all equipment and chemicals required for the project from
different suppliers around the world in daily basis with logistic and procurement
departments.
1-year spare parts for each equipment was also prepared (as per the factory
recommendation) which helped very well to avoid any downtimes since Uganda is a
remote area and any trouble will be very costly.
Utilized knowledge on equipment maintenance and operation, to support operations,
resulting in less than 1% NPT (non-productive time)
Monitored the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending
and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction.

timely manner.
On August 2010; launched two TPS units (2V6 & 2V7) in OURHOUD area to have three
units in total in Algeria.

1-Coordinate between assigned Rigs and Head office.

Performance :
1- Successfully installed a full IEF package (shale shakes; mud cleaner; Solids control centrifuges and VG dryer in TP#139 rig and drilled the whole well with high performance and targets achieved (zero surface losses and OOC (oil on cuttings) < 5 %) as per the contract.
2- New waste management contract with three rigs Nabors "283, " 284, " 810 .
1- Implemented a balancing machine in the workshop and start hard facing on the centrifuges and VG scrolls locally in Algeria (before they were sent to the factory in Italy .
2- Modified three VG dryers from hydraulic to electric units.
3- Implemented an automatic transferring mud system from effluent tank to rig reserve pits (on VG process).

2- Repair motors and transformers rewiring.
